Awesome location, for the price exceptional value, breakfast was great, comfy beds and staff beautiful and helpful

Rooms were smaller than expected. The staff could be more attentive to clients at least just acknowledgement that clients are standing there waiting. The roof top pool had to be the highlight of the hotel. Staff were really laid back, didn’t feel like a 5 star hotel.

Check in was quick and easy. Location was great. Room was decent and clean. Buffet selection was ok but the staff was overworked as they seems to be not really that friendly. Food was out around 8.45am and there were no replenishment even buffet close at 9.30am. Guess to minimise wastage. Pillows and bed was a bit hard. Overall, can have a better choice around the hotel.

The staff was very nice especially the doormans and bell boys. They were very helpful and attentive. The hotel was only a 2 minutes walk to Ben Thanh market and close to lots of restaurants include and Michelin guide pho restaurant. It was also walking distant to the mall. Hotel was clean. I didnt give it a 5 star because we booked 8 rooms total, 3 standard room without a window and 5 rooms with a window but we were only give 4 rooms with the window. We arrive early to the hotel at 8am, but only 1 room was ready at 2pm during our check in time and the rest of the rooms were not ready for another hour after our check in.

This was my first and last Hotel in Vietnam and it's the best one, the room are great, it provides good air condition Gym transposition to the airport with request and all-around amazing service to the guest who stay there. I was even up graded a better room. If want a great safe place to stay while you in Ho Chi Minh city, you cannot go wrong with the Saigon Prince Hotel.
