Best location in town! Located less than 5 minutes from the beach, this unique one bedroom, one bathroom rental features convenient parking, a full kitchen, in-unit washer and dryer, and more! With attractions such as MGM Park (home of the Biloxi Shuckers ), waterfront casinos, and wonderful dining options all within walking distance, you and your family are going to have the time of your life!

This unit features a king bed and a queen pullout sofa.

Access will be available to every room in this beautiful rental.

Brenda, the property manager, will be available for any needs via texting or calling.

Stay at the Josette Room! Named after Josette's a dress shop that operated at this location for 50 years, providing the coast with Mardi Gras costumes and gowns.
Parties are not permitted under any circumstances.

Will stay again!

Great location, close to everything! Super clean, super quiet, super comfortable! It was nice having a dedicated parking space right outside the door. Kitchen was well stocked, convenient to have a washer and dryer. Very spacious and I am already looking to book again in a couple of months!

Near the ballpark

We were in Biloxi for a baseball tournament. This property is directly across the street from the ballpark so for us, it was a matter of simply crossing the street to go to games. Enjoyed a private parking space steps from the front door. Everything we needed was available. There is a very good breakfast/lunch place next door. The waterfront is a walkable distance for most.
