場所はとても良いがとても古く清掃、メンテナンスがされておらず不快であった。お湯も充分の熱さがなくお風呂の床も濡れていた。おまけに施設の割に高額であった。 バランスによってこの価格であろうが再度の利用はない。

Pensión muy correcta, calle tranquila, baño muy limpio, posibilidad de parking justo al lado por 12 eur. Calidad Precio muy bien para los precios de Bilbao. Aldo en recepción muy atento y todo facilidades.Para comer o cenar el asador justo de en frente muy recomendable. Volvería a alojarme sin dudas

Safe place in the noisy midtown area

Very small BASIC room - (No space to move around, need some space for walking around inside the room) on the 5th floor. Lucky it had a lift. No extra facilities but for a TV in the room. Ok for business stay, as we just slept overnight and stayed out all day. Suggest to have kettle and some coffee, tea in the room. One person manned reception, he was very polite and speaks broken English (great ,as the whole city doesn't speak any English). Good WiFi and reasonably comfortable bed. The style of furniture and wardrobe looks very old, needs upgrading. Towels were changed every day but the bedsheets weren't and it's needed when you stay for more than 2 nights. All-in all value for money but could improve the room to increase the charges

Muy buena ubicación, a un minuto andando del casco viejo y la parada del metro, tranvía y autobuses al lado. Muy limpio; muy tranquilo, sin ruidos, camas confortables. El recepcionista muy amable y pudimos dejar las maletas antes del check-in y también al irnos pues nuestro avión salía por la tarde. En general, buena calidad-precio.

Buena estancia

La pensión está muy céntrica y de fácil acceso a los medios de transporte. A 3 minutos de la estación de Abando. Estancia muy tranquila. Pasan todos los días a repasar la limpieza de la habitación.

A good location for exploring area of Bilbao. Good service and clean room. However room was small for 3 people ,with very little ventilation ,no air con, one window wouldn’t open extremely hot .uncomfortable bed . All very basic with dated decor and furniture not great value for money. There is better accommodation in Bilbao for same price. Ok for stopover only .

The room was a bit small but otherwise OK. Excellent location, and not noisy even at the Aste Nagusia time. Only minus was we booked a double and got a twin instead.

Idéalement situé en plein centre de Bilbao. Parking privé mais payant ( 12€ par nuit ) Tarif raisonnable Personnel agréable Seul point négatif, les parois ne sont pas bien isolé du bruit des voisins. Je recommande grandement cet établissement.

Me avisaron de un error en la reserva y me enviaron al hotel Arriaga. La ubicación perfecta pero hay tanto ruido (pasa el tranvia justo por la puerta) que es imposible dormir, además las cisternas están rotas y no paran de llenarse con un ruido hortible.
