"From the outside, the hotel isn’t very attractive, but once you get inside, it’s a different story. The rooms look newly renovated and have everything you need, including a microwave, fridge, iron, and hair dryer. The stay felt similar to a Holiday Inn-type experience. Breakfast is included, which is a plus, although the breakfast selection wasn’t really that good. Parking also felt safe and secure for our car. Overall, we had a good stay and would consider staying here again."

"We were pleasantly surprised by this facility, as we were aware that it is quite old. The location was perfect…..quiet, wooded, and with a lovely expansive waterfront that was very private. Our balcony looked through trees onto a wonderful panoramic lake view. Our unit was most pleasant….clean, bright and very functional. The beds were comfortable and the bedding was top notch….attractive and felt great! The lighting in the bathroom was much appreciated as it was very bright. Our only disappointment was the shower as there was not a hand held option for showering. We would definitely return and have already recommended this property to others. "We stayed for one night. Very clean, tidy, and quaint. About a 5 minute walk to the nearby stores and restaurant's. About a 3 minute drive to the downtown. We would definitely recommend, and stay here again."

"Very nice and clean pool. Room was clean and comfortable. Nice to park right outside. Location is not walkable to anything but that’s ok. One item I would note is that the ashtray was located right outside our room so the smoke smell blew right into our window. If I were the owners I would move it to the end of the property so that whoever is needing to smoke can do so without disrupting others."
