"I would say this place is all around "ok" and "good" as a budget place to stay in the area. The room is reasonably clean, including the floor, bedding, and bathrooms. The trash area is easy to find. Ice machine works, and the office has a water machine (make sure you go during office hours to get water, around 9a-9 or 10p or so based on what we noticed). We stayed for four nights and had everything we needed.
Of note, the parking lot was completely full almost every night. I think all the rooms were booked so that correlates."
