"The house was set up perfectly for our large group. Open spaces, a full kitchen to make meals in, and close proximity to the lake. We did not rent a boat for our stay but having the boat slip was a core reason I wouldn't return. With a group of 14 we had inflatable tubes and kayaks that we tied up in our slip instead and the slip gave us a place to set up for the day and float. The house is new and beautifully decorated. The roads into the house and lake are steep, as expected, and having the golf cart was a great amenity. We hauled our group to the lake in the back of the truck. Then a couple would go back up to park the truck at the house and bring the golf cart down. There is golf cart parking at the boat ramp area, but not vehicle parking. "
"While the lodge was outdated, the place was spotless. Loved the shower water pressure. Hiking and views were spectacular. Staff was very nice and recommended some great places to visit. "
