"We stayed at the house for a week-long group trip to off-road the amazing trails available in the area. There were 5 couples - The house is new and everything was spotlessly clean. Kitchen is kitted out with dual fridges so plenty of room for everything we brought and I'm pretty sure we brought everything. The layout of the main level ensured those in the kitchen prepping meals were included in everything. Great open concept. Also located in a gated community so security was never an issue, even leaving coolers and OHV's outside overnight. While all six bedrooms were a little on the small side, they were well appointed with closet space and dressers, so we just unpacked and put the suitcases away instead of living out of them, like we sometimes do. Can't speak for every bed but ours was AMAZING and we were graced with a beautiful view both in the morning and when we retired for the night. Most of the bedrooms had en suites, which is hard to find for a group of our size and hot water was never an issue. We weren't there for the lake so also cannot address the status of the dock or water.MaryBeth was our contact for the stay - she was only a text away and was always quick to respond. "It was my first time staying in a floating home. We loved our stay, the place was clean and nice, and the marina is really good. We didn’t receive any information on the checkout process, so we did what we normally do when we leave a rental house on the lake and took care of the things we typically take care of. There’s only boat cleats on one side of the house, so if you have two boats, it would be difficult. The neighbors were fantastic and very welcoming. Lots of regulars down there which I liked. I love that section of the lake as well."

"It was just ok. List of issues and inconveniences include: communication with the host was unreliable, a horrible smell the whole stay and asked to check it out but no one to assist on the weekend, hot water tank not plugged in, and toilet seat was falling off. The place was listed as brand new and I want to believe it was but a few things made me question that. Our sheets in one of the bunks were very rough and not soft. The living room with one television could have used another small sofa since we had six of us there. We enjoyed the marina and staff which was a plus but it didn’t seem as if anyone knew what was going on. "
