Perfect location with lots of space. 2 beds in the living area so kids even have their own beds. Easy access to skiing. Very comfortable would definitely stay again.
Although the Shoshone hot tub and pool weren't very warm, the front desk let us use the Huntley pool and hot tub. The room is very comfortable for a family with kids and teens.

Easy walkable to ski lift, but not a truly ski-in ski-out condo.
Cons: trash was never picked up in the 8 nights we were there☹️. And the front shower has mold in it, needs deep cleaned. And cooking pans were very hard to clean, I do t know what the deal was with those, I’ve never experienced that before and I cook all the time. Everything else was great.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, one snafu, we went to breakfast and when we came back the lock would t work, apparently the battery on the lock went bad. The problem was trying to contact someone associated with the property, the emergency number given was out of order and couldn’t reach anyone via phone, text, or email which was frustrating as all our stuff was inside the room and we couldn’t do anything but wait. After an hour was finally able to reach someone on VRBO and were able to get us in. Oh yeah, the lockbox for the emergency key didn’t work with the number they gave us either. Haha, other than that we loved the place
This place had some great features: very clean, perfect location, quiet, fun amenities - outdoor pool, bar, coffee shop, movie nights. I think it was completely full and never felt too crowded. Very comfortable. The con and why I gave it 4 star - it lacked the usual things in a VRBO at this price point - there was one tiny (one usage) of shampoo. 1 small roll of TP, paper towels, no coffee. And then we could not use the complimentary ski valet/lockers. So little things like that would have been nice to know. There were no extra towels, games, blankets for couches. It felt bare. I have stayed in other VRBO and they have nuts and snacks, sometimes beer/wine, coffee - just a few things to get you through the first day before you go to the grocery. The trash situation was weak in general. So, yes - the place is great, but the details need to be updated.
We loved our time at Big Sky Village. The bed was really comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked and has beautiful amenities. The decorations really made us feel like we were in Montana which was so fun! The communication with the Village was excellent. They called a few days before we arrived to see if they could be of any assistance. They stayed on the phone with me for a long while and answered all my questions. The resort staff after we arrived was awesome! We will definitely be back.
There's one thing I would fix. The directions to the parking lot were great, but the directions to the front of the resort for drop off were really confusing. Once we got directions from another hotel, we were able to get there easily. It took us about 15 minutes to find the entrance.
Something to alert you about. The ceiling cover obove the chandelier in the eating area is coming off.

Maybe it’s just me
Maybe it’s just me but the relationship between the hotel and condo was a little confusing. The front desk people at the hotel were very eager to help, but were clear that they had nothing to do with the VRBO condos. This made it a little confusing when the property manager asked us on a couple of occasions get towels and pillows from them. I also was not clear on the check-in process.
Everything was great. I question your sign in process when you ask for star ratings for people who just arrived. That is why we rated in a one star. We now rate it 4-star!
Absolutely exceeded my expectations. Everything we needed to cook, was there and that’s a rare thing. Place was spotless and perfect sized for me and my son.
Would whole heartedly recommend
