This cabin was perfect for my husband and I and three teenagers. Great ski in ski out access - we came home for lunch every day and then got right back out there. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed, and had a really appreciated little coffee nook. The place was well stocked with games which we played every night and gave us some much-needed bonding time with our teens. We also used the hot tub every night.- what a treat. Management was very responsive to the few issues we had. Overall a 5 Star place to stay, would highly recommend.
Our group had a terrific time staying at PowderRidge2. The cabin is nicely appointed and had everything we needed to make the week comfortable and relaxing.
Perfect size for our family of 5. The kitchen was amazingly appointed with gorgeous dishes, silverware, appliances, everything we needed. We loved the outdoor fireplace for fires, smores and gatherings. Great location to walk to the resort.
Great place, we'll maintained, very comfortable for our family. Noticed the cabin was available for early check in, but we were not granted access till 4pm

Great cabin within walking distance to Village
My wife, son and I had a great time here. Well managed property. Super clean accommodations and well stocked. 10 minute casual walk to Village (we were there in Summer - not sure what the walk is like in Winter). Every direction you look you see amazing mountain views. Hot tub was perfect and super clean. We loved it and will be back next Summer. Thanks for making your home available.
We had an excellent week staying at this cabin in Big Sky. The two rooms downstairs are large and comfortable. The bunk beds make the space feel like a fun camp room. The living room is comfy and cozy. The upstairs bedroom is comfortable and the master bathroom is beautiful. The cabin has a wrap around porch and a hot tub that sits at the back of the house. We had no complaints and were very happy to find this house to stay at.
This place was absolutely perfect for our group. We were pleasantly surprised to find that the kitchen was newly remodeled from when we originally booked it. It had everything we needed for cooking since we normally eat in. A remodeled upstairs bath, new tv’s, a big hot tub, plenty of wood for the fireplace and close proximity to the slopes made this place fantastic. Ski-in/ski-out was very nice with just a short walk to the lift. My only tiny complaint is that the place sleeps more people than you can bring in one vehicle and there’s only one parking spot. We rented a full size SUV and used ShipSkis, which worked perfectly. Big Sky Vacation Rentals is by far the easiest rental company we’ve worked with in over 20 years of taking trips. They give you a week-long supply of all the things you need so you don’t have to call and ask for more. Also they’ve got a binder with all the info you could ever need, a tablet with local guides and info, and chat support as well as a direct phone number where somebody actually answers the phone. Also a shout out to BSVR for the ShipSkis participation - it made things so easy! We will definitely book another BSVR property when we return to Big Sky!
What a great experience! This place is a luxury log cabin! We had such a great time staying at the cabin. It is in great condition and incredibly well equipped. The kitchen has more than anything you will need and the tech/TV set up is very high end. We enjoyed the outdoor fireplace, hot tub and grill. Big Sky is a spectacularly beautiful area, and it was nice to be able to easily walk from the cabin the main mountain village. Food shopping in Big Sky is a bit limited, so if you are doing serious cooking you might get supplies elsewhere before you arrive. We saw quite a few animals while we were in the cabin, including a very friendly fox who was clearly looking for us to feed him. We did not per the rules of the house but the fox was cute. The management company was great to deal with. I had called them ahead of time to ask about the quality of the WiFi and they told me it was normal but not high speed. So I was a bit concerned as I needed to do some work, but it was very fast and no issue at all. Overall, the cabin exceeded our expectations and was a unique and special experience. We would highly recommend staying there!

Beautiful
We enjoyed our stay. This house was as advertised. Rustic log cabin with really beautiful architecture, materials and furniture. The setting great. We wanted ski in and ski out without being too close to the base. It is a perfect medium, a short drive to the base and short ski out the back door to the chairlift. The kitchen is newly remodeled (the cabinet hardware had not arrived). The kitchen is functional though I would not recommend plans for a lot of cooking. The exhaust fan was not installed yet so breakfast lingered.
Bedrooms are really nice. The up stair suite wonderful. Skies are not allowed in the house, which is appropriate. The outdoor ski closet is not available to renters so the shies are left on the porch which did not seem to be any risk.
There were a couple very minor touch ups necessarily for kitchen hardware and carpet but by no means did it detract from our stay.
Helpful hint for future renter; if the satellite dish is not working, sweep the snow off of the dish and roof on the back deck.
I had never rented a home where there is no key. The door here is combination only. I found the system to work very well and actually saved a lot of hassle worrying about the key transfer.
I don't have a great sense for the cost as compared to other rental in this area but I would rent this house again.
By far this is one of the best properties I have stayed at yet. Communication with property management and their responsiveness was amazing. The property is large enough for 4 people without feeling like we were on top of each other. Nights were quiet and we could always see the sun rise/set from the living room windows. We did not have any issues with the property and management provided clear check in/out and access directions. Hot tub was ready (fortunately) when we arrived and we dived in! We could t figure out the ski in/out access so we opted to drive instead which was a short 5 min drive to the mountain base with lots of free parking and shuttle. Big Sky is truly remote with mostly local grocery and restaurants but we were very satisfied with our options!
We went to Big Sky to feel kind of secluded while still at a ski resort. This cabin was perfect. It is beautiful and the rental company does a great job of being available while not bothering you. The hot tub and fire place really make the home perfect. In addition it is so easy to get to the mountain to ski. We will certainly be back!
Comfortable well equipped log cabin on the ski trails. Nice hot tub to relax after a long day on the mountain. We really enjoyed our stay and will come back!
We (my mom, my wife, three kids (12, 9 and 5) and I) stayed in this cabin for five days. Beautiful location, something for everyone and plenty of room. Just about everything in this cabin was nicer than what we were used to from cabinets to the spa-like shower. The kids loved the fact that there was a wii for the rainy nights and found plenty of stuff to do outside as well. We hiked a ski trail, picked wild flowers, enjoyed the hot tub and the outdoor fireplace. We couldn't think of anything that we were missing in the nicely stocked kitchen. The only negative comment that I can come up with is that the drive to Yellowstone was a bit further than we anticipated, 45 minutes to the West Yellowstone. Would recommend to anyone.
Very satisfied with the whole process. Only small issue was the property description mentioned a pull out sofa bed but there were two standard couches.

Gorgeous cabin
The cabin is clean and beautifully furnished. It is about 20-30 mins casual walk to the resort’s base area, or you can catch a parking shuttle. Ski in and out access is flat for snowboarders, but doable.
We cooked all our meals at home just fine, the kitchen is remodeled and fully functional. There is even a slow cooker, so you might have your dinner ready while skiing 😅
I would suggest to add kid’s sleds and dryers for ski boots.

Great ski vacation site
We were extremely happy with the cabin and management of the property. Check-in/check-out was simple and the cabin itself was well-stocked with supplies. Great location and amenities.
