Luxury 4BR Big Sky Home | Lone Peak Views, Hot Tub, Smoker & Sleeps 12

Welcome to 4 Highpoint — a 4-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom luxury mountain home in Big Sky sleeping up to 12 guests. Lone Peak views follow you through nearly every room, from the vaulted living room with its floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace to the gourmet kitchen and private hot tub on the lower patio. Rustic materials and modern finishes are balanced throughout, creating a home that feels genuinely luxurious without sacrificing warmth. Firewood is stocked and provided for your stay.

The layout

The main floor anchors the home with an open living and dining area — seating for up to 14 between the dining table, bar, and kitchen nook — along with a main-level primary suite featuring a king bed, oversized soaking tub, and walk-in shower. A mudroom with garage access keeps gear organized and the rest of the home clean.

The second floor adds a king bedroom with an en-suite shower/tub combo and a loft with a desk and trundle twin/twin bed — ideal for kids or a flexible workspace. The lower level is where the home really opens up: a spacious den with a second wood-burning fireplace, large TV, and game table flows directly out to the hot tub patio. Two additional bedrooms complete the lower level — a twin/twin bunk room with double vanity en-suite, and a king bedroom with a soaking tub and walk-in shower.

Outdoor spaces

The main-floor deck has a dining set for 8 and direct mountain views — the right place for morning coffee or an al fresco dinner off the gas grill. The pellet smoker is a standout for groups who like to cook seriously. Below, the lower patio holds the private hot tub, accessible directly from the den. A heated one-car garage — stocked with firewood — plus additional driveway parking handles the group's vehicles and gear.

Winter

Big Sky Resort is a five-minute drive, with 5,800+ acres of terrain for every level. After the lifts close, the stone fireplace, hot tub, and pellet smoker make staying in just as appealing as heading out.

Summer

Hiking trails begin within a mile of the home. Mountain biking, white-water rafting, fly fishing, zip-lining, horseback riding, and pickleball are all within 15 minutes. Yellowstone's entrance is roughly an hour away — Old Faithful and the Lamar Valley make for an easy full-day trip. Town Center's farmers markets, live music, PBR Rodeo, and Music in the Mountains fill out the summer calendar. Bozeman Hot Springs is a short scenic drive for a different kind of soak.

Locally managed by Two Pines Properties

We're a local Big Sky team — on the ground and available before, during, and after your stay. After booking you'll receive access to our guest portal and Big Sky Guide Book covering dining, adventures, and local tips. Self check-in via electronic lock; check-in from 4 p.m., check-out by 10 a.m.

Good to know

No A/C — and you won't need it. Big Sky summers stay naturally cool. Open windows at night to draw in the mountain air, then close them and pull the blinds in the morning to hold it all day.

4 Highpoint Dr

The home was beautifully maintained and all the luxuries you would expect were provided. There was plenty of space for the 6 of us and it was a short drive to downtown Big Sky. The views from the back of the house were breathtaking. The only complaints we as a group had is that there is so much construction around the location of the house and the noise from the road with large construction trucks made it really hard to sleep in or just relax. The temperature in the house is very warm and at times hot. There is no a/c and you rely on the windows opened for cross breezes. But the noise from the road made it worse when the windows were opened. When on vacation, you want comfort and at times, the house location and indoor temperature was uncomfortable. It was hard to rest and sleep in.

Beautiful home

The home was beautiful and had plenty of space. Very short walk to ski out, but the uphill climb back was difficult and the bus stops were a bit far to walk with all of our gear. Would definitely bring a car to this house if you intend to ski.

Awesome House, Great Management, not ski-in location

Our Men's ski group stayed here in March. This was our 3rd trip to Big Sky. PROS: - wonderful house, large and very comfortable. - layout was fantastic, heated garage with boot dryer, - kitchen was spacious and allowed for easy cooking for a large group. Mostly well provisioned, missing a pan, but was addressed by management (more below) - has to have one of the best views around, at least the best view we have had to date. Lone Mountain right out the window! - Ski OUT was awesome. down the street to an access trail to White Otter LIft. Ski IN...see CONS - Beds were very comfortable with great bedding CONS - really only one that I can come up with...Ski IN. This is not a ski in location, its a hike to get back to the house, doable, but it was rough. About a half mile after taking a long cat track to the road. Bozeman Trail to Rising Bull to the road, take a left and go for a hike up the road if you want it. - not really a con, but I need one more point here; no TV in the main living room. We thought this would be a problem, but it actually was really nice as we ended up having more conversation with our group. Management Company Two Pines was incredibly responsive...we had two issues throughout our stay: 1) the kitchen was missing a few fry pans and there were only 5 short glasses for drinks we when arrived. 2) our hot tub was not functioning when we arrived. For each call, the management company had the issue resolved within 45 minutes...the first they brought additional kitchen ware and the second a hot tub tech arrived and fixed the hot tub. under 45 minutes....I can't get myself to fix things that fast.
