If you’re looking for the basics and convenience, this is a 5. If you want a place that feels cozy and warm, this is a 3. We need a little of both: so, a solid 4 for us. Pros: convenient location to Big Sky Resort Base, kitchen had the essential cookware plus a few basic pantry items, very clean, and plenty of hot water for post-ski showers. Cons: building and unit feel dated, TV is limited to subscription services (which we don’t have) and free streaming (which didn’t carry much local or live tv), unit could use some decorating to make it feel more cozy and inviting.

Catherine was terrific. She responded to every email immediately with clear, helpful information.We were disappointed there was not shampoo in the shower. You should’ve at least let us know that it was bare minimum.Also, and all my stays and similar to properties, I’ve never had to do the housekeeping - laundry and trash removal. That’s just a hidden cost that increases the amount we paid for the apartment.I’m not complaining, just surprised. I did the work!
