"Restoration Asheville is an exceptional Hotel. We were greeted with an enthusiastic Hello at the Front Desk and she accommodated an early check-in, which was much appreciated. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. We booked a room for Disabilities so the bathroom was spacious and the shower was large; really appreciated the removable shower spray. We enjoyed the restaurant and the Roof Top Bar on Thursday night was a nice bonus. Our Valet assistant, Matt was super nice and always offered a Jeep Ride to our restaurant. He even had great suggestions for another restaurant. The only downside was having to see the park across the street which was not nicely kept. It was used by a variety of people, although, the police presence was reassuring. Overall, we would highly recommend this Hotel if you are planning on visiting Asheville or the Biltmore Estate. It was only 7 minutes away."

"MAKE SURE YOU HAVE A 4 WHEEL DRIVE VEHICLE FOR THIS RENTAL. THE DRIVEWAY IS VERY LONG AND REQUIRES 4 WHEEL DRIVE.We had an issue during the stay. A breaker went out. We did not get it resolved during our stay.This is a beautiful property. Everything was very nicely put together for the stay."
