"The property was attractive and mostly well maintained. I believe there were amenities on the property like specialty coffee and unique clothing - however we didn’t take advantage of it. Because it was raining most of the time we were there we didn’t get to take advantage of the lovely lawn and gardens on the property. There was ample parking. While we didn’t have a room with a kitchen we had a good sized fridge, coffee maker and electric hot water kettle along with a table that allowed us to do minimal food preparation. I think the property offered more than we were able to take advantage of because of time and the weather. The beds were comfortable and we were overall pleased with our stay and felt we were given a fair value for our stay."

"So great we could have our dogs with us. The fenced deck was a game changer. All the amenities we needed where there. All we brought was our personal sundries- and creme for coffee :) Quaint, clean and tucked in the end of a corner where we felt we really were in the woods. Thank you Karen,"

"Quails Roost was exactly as advertised and super clean upon arrival. It was stocked with everything needed for 2+ days of stay, plus so much more! We had no trouble finding the home, nor checking in per the instructions. The view was absolutely incredible; we loved watching the fog roll in and out over over the water. It was perfectly situated near the little coffee trailer for morning espresso drinks as well as the town’s stores and restaurants. We went to Sombrio and Botanical Beaches which were WORLD CLASS beautiful beaches, so beautiful I could weep. The house was a close drive to each beach and rainforest trail we hiked. So sad to have left earlier this week. I would definitely recommend this location to stay at!"
