"This is one of the best properties we’ve stayed at, due to the diligence of the owners.It is a thoughtfully designed vacation home one might imagine for such a location as Shingletown. It's efficient and furnished well. It is very well-stocked with more than one would need for navigating the kitchen, baths and laundry. Drawers are labeled, and there are thoughtful touches provided by the owners.We spent the majority of our time outdoors away from the property, but the relaxation, utility, comfort and location amongst the tall trees we found when enjoying it were memorable."

"Everything was perfect, clean, everything was labeled and easy to use and find. Very close to Lassen NP. Loved the hot tub after hiking all day. Wonderful place to grill and my kids loved the loft to sleep in with me on the nugget. We also loved that upstairs was baby friendly"

"We had a girls’ weekend and the house was wonderful! The kitchen was fully stocked, great room super comfy, loved the front and back seating where we watched tons of deer roam the area. Lassen is maybe 15 minutes by car to the park entrance. The property was very clean and Mark was excellent at communicating. Highly recommend!"

"We came for a family reunion and this fit everyone! We enjoyed evenings on the back deck listening to the creek. We appreciated the two fridges and plenty of space for kids and adults. We used the gas grill for dinner two nights in a row. Rooms were comfortable with comfortable beds, and there was plenty of bedding and towels. We will definitely be back next time we are all in Viola."
