"the smell of pot was so prevalent in the halls. It was a horrible walk to get to our room at the end of the hall even though it was supposed to be non smoking area. The room was nice and it was clean. It was a safe area to stay."

"Staff was great and helped us work through a booking issue that happened using a third party app. Hotel is undergoing big upgrades. Our room had been completed and it was beautiful. The breakfast was a boxed one because of the breakfast area was under construction but that’s easily overlooked. We look forward to going back next year and seeing the fully renovated site. "

"We enjoyed the stay overall as the room was clean and comfortable plus the staff was helpful. The free breakfast included was also great as we had a good meal before we started our busy day. The only thing I didn't like was the pool which we were really looking forward to using as it was very cold where typically an indoor pool is heated. We did use the pool, however, it just would have been nicer if it was a decent temperature where you weren't freezing getting in the pool. "

"We stayed at this hotel for a trip to shop and visit Great Lakes Crossing Mall. The hotel was very clean and well maintained, the staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was included and hot items were switched each day. The pool was saltwater and clean. My only "conplaint" would be that the photos show a hot tub in the pool area, but the hot tub has been filled in, and the pool is small and very shallow. This made for a very crowded pool.
