"The pool and hot tub were both broken. They gave us free breakfast to compensate. The carpet on the 4th floor seemed to be overlaid on previous carpet. It was difficult for the wheelchair to move over it. The bed height was not easily accessible in the handicapped room."

"Very quiet and close to Hwy 95. Beaches about 15 minutes away and Old St. Augustine and Jacksonville about 20 minutes away. Close to restaurants and shopping. This immaculate Air B&B was very clean, well equipped, comfortable and right across the street from the pool and gym. We had an issue with the TV turning on and Michelle, the owner, responded quickly to correct the issue. I have plan to rent again in November. "

"The studio was exceptionally clean. The towels were fresh and there were lots of them. The bed was comfortable and the a/c and fan worked great. Great amenities too - several pools on the premise and a great fitness center. I liked the security features as well - the QR code and guard for entry and the key fob for the elevator were appreciated safety features. The studio is located in a beautiful development that has lots of sidewalks for running or walking. Also close to any type of store you need - Publix, CVS and Walgreens about 5 minutes away. "

"Pool was amazing. Our host explained everything for an easy check in and check out. Very clean and spacious studio condo. Bed was very comfortable and Tv was easy to figure out. Also given a wifi password. Would definitely recommend this host! Coffee pot to greet you in the morning. Full size refrigerator, toaster oven and microwave. "

"Madonna and Al were the most gracious hosts and made us feel so welcome in the city they now call home. They communicated with us before our arrival, to make sure everything went smoothly, gave us a tour of the property when we arrived, and touched base with us during our stay to make sure we were content. Their condo was immaculate, ideally located in a beautiful golf community, and close to dining, shopping, and the historic district of St. Augustine. We thoroughly enjoyed our getaway and, when we are back for another visit, will definitely stay there again."
