"Great rental! One of the best we have ever stayed in. Newly renovated in a very tasteful and homey style.Even the decks are updated. Light switches labeled (loved that:) And it has everything that is needed and the essentials organized for easy use. And my favorite... a new sponge in the kitchen! (If you know, you know). Bill and Josh were great communicators and were helpful with all our needs. The house is near to Lake Lanier Resort and Twisted Oar restaurant. There is one shared bathroom downstairs and two upstairs; one in the Primary room and the other by laundry room/kitchen. The walk down and up to the lake is on a natural path with no handrails. We loved our stay and look forward to coming back. "

"Great location for boating! Such a cute place supplied with everything you will need for a getaway. Hostess is very nice and readily available. Deer in the backyard daily was a treat to see. (Momma’s and babies) Bird watchers will love Lanier, lots of different species. Will definitely be back!"

"Such a beautiful property, no real issues. Check in was easy, cleaners were there when we got there but I know they had a lot to clean up from the previous guests. My only suggestion would be to have more blankets available to use. We had someone sleep on the couch and the blankets were too small. The house is on a beautiful property, lots to do in the area and at the house itself. I would stay here again every summer. "
