"Our family of four stayed at this hotel and, on the surface, it was ok and appeared clean and in good working order. Both beds in our room were broken, both sides of the beds being raised creating a V shape and making it very difficult to rest comfortably. The bathroom had black mold on the floor, and the enter pool deck was also covered in black mold. We arrived at the pool with the kids, and left immediately. Our stays at other DoubleTree properties have been very positive - this was very disappointing and wouldn’t stay here again."
