The staff were amazing, always helpful and consistently greeting us with a smile, which made the experience even more pleasant. "Let’s start by saying the pictures are out dated. Property older than what’s shown on site!! I would not recommend staying here. Bed is hard!! Room has bad smells. Loud outside noise, window made a while’s sound no matter what I tried. Also the ac does not cool the room! 90+ degrees and unable to get room cool!! Shower was old and moldy. Rust on bars!! Dirty! "

"this hotel is one of the cheapest around, right in the middle of the action, close to everything!! the noise in both rooms i stayed in was NOT loud, very subdued. i asked about it and was told the area had recently, very slightly lowered club noise levels. i loved it. what made this hotel tho? was the staff, awesome group with anything i needed, location of places, sights to see, they even saw i had a bad knee and moved me to a lower floor, i never asked!! for the price, cheap, was the best place i’ve stayed in pattaya, with a clean room and cold a/c. highly recommend"

"1. Door man stand by the front talking. 2. Pool no privacy ever single one of chinese tourists come with camera. End up im leaving the pool. 3. My room at the garden wings can hear ppl walking past yellow screaming all the time. Can't sleep 4. Pool staff was helpful and friendly"

"I only stayed for 2 nights because I woke up to a laid bang my phone charger blown up and tripped the electric in my room and the staff member blamed me for it which I wasn't happy about so I left the next day and went to a much better hotel."
