"We were here eight nights of our 31day vacation. This was by far our favorite place. This place was just perfect for my husband and I. Close to Laughlin where we gambled a bit and went in the dinner cruise. Close to Lake Havasu, where we watched the speed boats and did some people watching too. Beautiful morning coffee over looking the river. We would love to come back. "

"The home was well set up and comfortable. We enjoyed the well equipped kitchen and game room! The pool was lovely and the backyard was awesome. There were good talks around the spacious outdoor dining table. We would definitely stay there again!"

"We stayed at the River house for 4 days for our dads ash spreading and it accommodated our 15 person family perfectly. Communication was great and the property was clean with no ant issues as stated in another review. The BBQ was a great amenity and worked perfect. The house had everything we needed for cooking, utenisils and even extra spices.We had a lot of kids and felt very safe in the house.Everything was fantastic! "

"This house was big and comfortable and perfect for 2 couples - we each had our own living space!! This place sleeps way more than 4 but I can only speak for us.Beds were comfy, seating was ample, the balconies were a great place to have morning coffee and evening dinners. The wind was really ripping throughout our stay so we spend a lot of time on those balconies trying to stay out of the wind.Pretty much all the amenities in and out were provided. Very clear communication between myself and the vacation management group. Only bummer is the pool cannot be heated, but we were told that during booking. So we did not use the pool. There were a few small issues we ran into but the management group was so quick to respond with instructions and communication. We would love to stay here again! "

"Nice property overall, very dated lacked amenities commensurate with the price. Remotes were missing for televisions, some televisions had no cable and no smart applications, they were cobwebs in several corners of the home, including large one on the main room, sliding glass door out to the patio. No hot water in the master shower, guest, shower, hot and cold valves were switched overall not a home I would rent again was asked not to leave a bad review for a refund, very weird"
