Property sits in the middle of town and down the street from hiking and biking trails. Located close to everything Big Bear has to offer. Walking distance to the Village, lake, marinas, and local eateries. Just a short drive to the ski resorts, Snow play, and National Forest hiking trails. Perfect for hosting friends and family on any occasion!

LIVING SPACE- Spacious 1900+ sq ft home with living room, smart TV, ceiling fans, dining table, and floor to ceiling stacked stone corner wood burning fireplace.

ROOMS & BEDS - Master bedroom has a king bed, smart TV, work area, and private bath. Second bedroom has a queen bed. Third bedroom has a queen bed. Living room has two twin sleeper chairs. Extra blankets and pillows are available.

KITCHEN - Stove with oven, double door refrigerator with water and ice dispenser, dishwasher, wine fridge, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pots/pans, spices, and more

AMENITIES - Smart TVs, streaming apps along with fast WiFi, board games, and card games. Relax in the jetted tub or near the cozy wood burning fireplace. Laundry room with side-by-side washer/dryer.

OUTDOORS - Sunken hot tub in deck off master bedroom. Large back deck with outdoor shower, patio furniture and gas barbecue. Deck overlooks the beautiful backyard with forest views.
