Adorable Big Bear Gambrel located in the heart of Big Bear City! Walking distance to local restaurants, Snow Play, and the Convention Center. Just a short drive to the lake, The Village, slopes, and National Forest hiking trails.

LIVING SPACE - Cozy 900+ sq ft home with living room, TV, dining table, wood burning stove fireplace, and plenty of comfortable living room seating.

ROOMS & BEDS - 2 bedroom, 2 bath. Upstairs master bedroom has a queen bed, desk, and private bath with shower. Second bedroom has 2 queen beds and smart TV. Extra blankets and pillows are available.

KITCHEN - Stainless steel appliances, stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pots/pans, and more.

AMENITIES - Smart TV's, streaming apps along with fast WiFi, board games, and card games.

OUTDOORS - Front and back decks. Fenced backyard.

Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys

Turn the thermostat to 55 degrees. Do not turn off heaters, may result in frozen pipes. Cabins with a hot tub must have jets shut off, cover on and locked. Wash, dry, and put away all dishes.

Remove all trash and take to the appropriate trash site location. See confirmation for address. Trash removal is the City/County Law and not our rule.

Text us at 909-403-3217 upon departure and leave the name of the cabin. Report any damages or information we should be aware of about the property.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Just ok

The cabin itself is not in great condition, we found an old school clamp style mouse trap under our bed very accessible for toes or our crawling baby to grab. Very unhappy about that. The deck is falling apart and everyone of us got a splinter at some point. When you're walking upstairs dust falls on people downstairs. The backyard was nice for the kids to play in and the location is good as well. The backyard is not closed off though so we could not leave the cabin with our dog outside. All in all I could've found a nicer place for the money if it hadn't been such a last minute stay, would not go out of my way to stay here again.
