LIVING SPACE - Comfy 800+ sq ft home with living room, dining table, a TV, a beautiful brick wood burning fireplace, and plenty of comfortable living room seating.

ROOMS & BEDS - 2 bedroom, 1 bath. First bedroom has a king bed and smart TV. Second bedroom has 2 twin beds and smart TV. Living room has a futon. Extra blankets and pillows are available.

KITCHEN - Stove with oven, refrigerator, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pots/pans, spices, and more.

AMENITIES - Smart TVs, streaming apps along with fast WiFi, board games, and card games. Relax near the cozy wood burning fireplace.

OUTDOORS - Private hot tub! Enjoy your morning coffee from any one of the multiple levels of decking, just relaxing and letting your mind be at peace listening to the sounds of mother nature. Enjoy the large, fenced yard and let the kids and animals run around freely.

Per county requirements, we are permitted a maximum occupancy of 6 guests. Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Please do not book or arrive with more than the maximum or you could be fined from the city and evicted with no refund.
