PURO Kraków Kazimierz
In a strange part of town just over the bridge to Kazimierez. Hotel was decent, staff was cold at best, somewhat rude at worst. The opposite of my usual experience in Krakow.

Balthazar Design Hotel
We loved our stay at this hotel. The staff was so helpful, both before and during our stay. Our train from Vienna was cancelled twice and rescheduled in one day and they were kind enough to rearrange our transfers from the station to the hotel twice.
