A lovely little hotel in a great location. It's really accessible via car with good parking and there are really good amenities, for example a boulangerie and shop next door/just down the road, and not far from the town. There are also plenty of outdoor activities with a river (2 mins away) which we didn't use due to time but seems to have river sports and pony rides/trekking.
The service was excellent with friendly and helpful staff. The restaurant is brilliant with gourmet style food and a good breakfast also.
The room was really nice with a great rain shower, however it doesn't have at conditioning. But otherwise really clean and well kept.
Lastly, the icing on the cake of our stay was that there is a fantastic pizza van just down the road. Don't be fooled by the basic appearance, the gentleman is an ex-baker who has created his own recipes for the pizza bases and the tomato sauce, and also all the ingredients are organic and locally sourced. If you visit you must try it!
Overall a great place to stay, with lots of other unexplored opportunities.
