"I stayed there during my short Banglore visit, staff was kind, hotel was neat and clean, I like that it was spacious, 5 star amenities and floor was all marble and clean , you can find things in 4-5 star hotels, only thing is toilet faucet was leaking which I let staff know and they fixed it. "Simply superb! The front office staff, cleaners, concierge and the gym + pool instructors were all spot on. Only improvement will be to the Pavillion Cubbon restaurant staff. They were all over the place and needs more customer centric attention across the restaurant service. Food was fantastic with a lot of multi cuisine varieties, local delicacies were delicious. Overall, a very good experience with spacious rooms, bathroom and Wi-Fi facility. Definitely will recommend this hotel."

"Taj West End more than lived up to my expectations. As a Bangalorean who has now relocated, it was wonderful to return and stay somewhere that still feels so welcoming and familiar. Mohammed at the concierge was exceptionally warm and helpful. He arranged a car for me within just a few minutes, which was incredibly convenient. The restaurant team were equally welcoming and attentive throughout our stay. Suraj and Sachin looked after us during our entire stay and were consistently friendly and attentive. Even the trainee was extremely hospitable and made us feel very well looked after. The combination of the beautiful setting, warm hospitality and genuinely attentive staff made our stay particularly special. I would highly recommend Taj West End to anyone visiting Bengaluru, and I would certainly stay here again."
