"Wifi was good, HDMI cable can be used on the TV's in the room which is handy when travelling for work or wanting to access a laptop etc. Hotel was generally clean and tidy."

"The room was nice and clean, but dated but nice. One thing that did annoy me, there was a breakfast menu that u hang outside your door to get breakfast to your room. I filled it out and put it on my door and no body took the order, they slid a bar bill under my door though but didn't take the order so that wasn't great. "

"Don’t come if you’re a family. Came last night and the restaurant doesn’t cater for children. Paid for a meal which my daughter couldn’t eat as it was over seasoned for adults then got asked for a tip. Then left our swimming stuff in the room by mistake came back to collect but as ‘after three’ apparently no one in the hotel can access the area or tell me if it’s been found. Poor communication and no attempt to assist from the staff. Be aware the pool and spa are extra with limited access time for children. Clearly focused on trying to be a ‘boutique’ Spa hotel and is in no way family focused. "

"Not a bad hotel, but as usual let down by the slamming bedroom door problem! Strong self-closers on doors make them slam when people are coming in and out of their rooms late at night and early in the morning Why don't hotels recognise this problem and do something about it??!!"
