Windy and Penguin go above and beyond to make you feel very welcome. No requests seemed to be a problem for them. The apartment has been designed extremely well for a very comfortable winter sport vacation for four people. The apartment is located a short walk to the ski village which had an incredible amount of snow whilst we were there. My only tip for travelers is to bring cash for the town as most vendors, bars and restaurants only take cash.

Hotel seems far from slopes but staff is very helpful. Free bus tickets and 25percent vouchers for taxi. Good quality breakfast but same every second day. Good size rooms, small onsen but most times I had it to myself. I had a look at some of the larger hotels near the slopes and would rather stay at Natilux again. Good location to discover local restaurants. Opposite big gym and pool. My main point to stay again is the staff. Even provided fresh towels on last day after boarding to use Onsen...

stayed 2 nights while skiing at furano. dedicated ski shuttle to and from hotel and drying room makes the hotel good for ski trip. room was on 2nd floor, no lift but staff extremely helpful. room was modern and cosy. good heaters for drying wet gloves beanies. breakfast had a wide selection but a bit fried food based smoking space at base of stairs meant that smoke filters into hallways. no smile smell in our room. very generous and helpful hosts. location is about 10-15 min walk i think...
