We loved our stay at Kashiwa house. Jane was an excellent hostess and made us feel right at home. The house is well equipped and close to the ski lifts. The beds were super comfy and we all enjoyed our holiday stay.

Accomodation was comfortable for family of 3 (including my infant). Host was friendly and accommodating to our requests. Dining options were pretty good too, we had our dinner at a shabu shabu restaurant 1-2 mins walk away from the apartment and lots of other options around the area if you drive. Overall we had a comfortable 2 nights here :)

Peaceful, beautiful scenery and homely. The hosts were friendly and helpful to share about transport and food options, and answered my questions when I had difficulty navigating Furano (my first time in Hokkaido). As a solo traveler without a car, I am grateful that they picked me up on my first day and sent me to the bus stop on my last day. House is very comfortable and spacious. Thanks Penguin and Jane for being such great hosts!

Windy and Penguin go above and beyond to make you feel very welcome. No requests seemed to be a problem for them. The apartment has been designed extremely well for a very comfortable winter sport vacation for four people. The apartment is located a short walk to the ski village which had an incredible amount of snow whilst we were there. My only tip for travelers is to bring cash for the town as most vendors, bars and restaurants only take cash.

如果我再到富良野，這個會是我不二之選

因為我選擇的房形是在二樓 所以我要經樓梯搬運我的行李上落 而且樓梯亦比較窄 但是酒店地理位置很方便 主人亦可以用多種流利語言溝通 住宿入邊所提供的亦應有盡有 工具齊全亦可煮食

I very recommend this unit, is super special NICE & GOOD! Is super nice unit with super friendly host Windy&Mr Penguin to explain all house facilities and near by famous restaurant & malls. Near by limited 🛍️ shopping mall Walking distance to 🎿Ski Mountain. Good for family stay with fully amenities facilities kitchen. Extra bed & pillow provided. Easy check in & check out.

施設は問題なく綺麗でした。掃除も丁寧にしてあ。ました。 オーナーさんは親切に対応してくださいました。 キッチンがついてるので夜ご飯等地元の野菜で料理して食べました。調味料も塩砂糖醤油オリーブオイル胡椒がついていたので、少し買い足して出来ました。また行きたいです。

This host is very nice and he shared a lot of dining and activities info with us. He speaks fluent Cantonese as well as English and mandarin so there is no problem at all in terms of communication. The house is spacious and clean and my kids love it much.
