"We stayed for 2 nights and overall it was a good stay. I noticed some stairs have tiles coming off when walking to breakfast, needs some fixing. Also, we had booked 'Lavender Deluxe' room but we upgraded our room to Maple wing because our room was dull and not the same as it looked in the pictures. My sister had to have her room changed because their toilet was broken and the sink wasn't clean when they checked in. The newer rooms seem to be much better. Spa was good to relax, staff was...

"Last minute booking as our earlier booking fell through. Reached late at night. The reception desk was very helpful. We did not like the room they alloted so they showed us two more. The corner toom we chose had good views. Another room had a balcony which was good too. Renovation going on so some rooms were recently painted. Some work still going on. Morning room service breakfast was tasty and service was very good. As early as 6am which was really useful as we had to go for a conference....
