Our recent stay at Hotel Noor-Us-Sabah Palace in Bhopal was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and professionalism, setting the tone for a memorable experience.
The accommodation surpassed our expectations, offering luxurious rooms adorned with elegant decor and modern amenities. Each room provided a serene retreat, ensuring a restful night's sleep amidst the bustling city.
The culinary experience at the hotel was a true delight. We indulged in a culinary journey of flavors at the on-site restaurants, where every dish was expertly crafted with finesse and creativity. From traditional local delicacies to international cuisines, the gastronomic offerings left us craving for more.
However, what truly set Hotel Noor-Us-Sabah Palace apart was its unparalleled hospitality. The staff went above and beyond to cater to our every need, ensuring that our stay was nothing short of perfection. Their attention to detail and genuine warmth made us feel like valued guests throughout our entire visit.
In conclusion, our stay at Hotel Noor-Us-Sabah Palace was an unforgettable experience marked by impeccable accommodations, exquisite cuisine, and unparalleled hospitality. Whether for business or leisure, this establishment sets the standard for luxury and comfort in Bhopal.
The hotel needs a better staff at reception, room service and restaurants. There is not even a single female staff. How can you run a hotel with all male staff? And the male satff have no training in hospitality. There is also shortages of staff number. Needs better staff and training. The security os also untrained and unprofessional. Overall professional touch of a 5 star is lacking.
The hotel is a rubble zone due to ongoing renovation will sound of pneumatic hammers as part of the hospitality. Not to stop at that I was given a room with twin beds even though I had asked for a king bed. Next the room was connected to another room and one could hear the occupants of adjacent room talk. After some resistance the room was changed. The changed room had a variety of challenges including the fact that the TV and intercom were dysfunctional. After some resistance, the room was changed again around 8PM in the night.
The reception staff was uninterested and their reaction time to a guest complaint made me remember government hospitals of the past (they are now much better than this hotel atleast).
Never again!
We stayed here for 3 nights. The room had a lovely view of the upper Lake. It was very spacious with authentic antique pieces but with all the modcons. Living here was like being transported to a previous era. Rooms and surroundings were very clean. Food was excellent. Would love to stay here again
It was very good weather. The palace has one of the best view specially lakeside. The service was just awesome. The zaika restaurant has awesome food with reasonable price

This is a heritage palace with an interesting history, and is located on a sprawling area with good views of Bhopal lake. It is very quiet compared to other hotels that are more centrally located. The dinner I had here was good. On the other hand, the hotel lacks the attention to detail that is characteristic of high-end properties. Although my room was comfortable, the paint finish was sloppy in places, there was no kleenex tissue in the room (that was not an issue another time I stayed at this hotel on the same trip to Bhopal). The service was obsequious, and not necessarily efficient or effective. There is no elevator in the hotel, and you may have to carry your luggage two floors if you want to do it yourself. Finally, it is not centrally located, and you cannot walk from here to most places of interest.
The stay was great and the staff were very nice. One of the staff, Lalit, and some of the others remembered me from my last stay almost a year ago. The location is nice and the food is also pretty solid
Very well appointed heritage property.Amazing views of the lake.Service was courteous and quick.
Was earlier managed by ITC Welcomegroup but not anymore.
Gorgeous old palace converted into a comfortable and well run hotel. Amazingly helpful, friendly and hard working staff. Great food, great rooms, awesome pool, fabulous views, great location. Loved it!
