  • WELCOME TO OUR APARTMENT, QUIET HOLIDAY! TWO STEPS FROM THE SEA !!! Nice apartment of 27 M and 10 M of terrace located at 150 m of the beach for 4 people, located in a closed residence with parking number, port has 350 m. The beach of the arranged and supervised rocket (rescue station, pedal boats, deckchairs, restaurants, etc ...), nearby all shops (50m) t. Markets (Fruits and vegetables, fish, regional products), bus stop in front of the entrance of the condo to go to the station or Agde..All the necessary utensils for cooking as at home, on a nice terrace to take the three meals and a gas barbecue. No need for a car to get around, everything is easy on foot.

Wir waren das 2. Mal in der Wohnung. Sie ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet, viele Einrichtungsgegenstände haben die beste Zeit hinter sich. Aber: Preis, Lage, Infrastruktur alles top. Tip: Klappräder mitnehmen, dann sind auch Agde und Grau Agde 30 Minuten entfernt.

Appartement agréable et fonctionnel

Nous avons passé une agréable semaine, appartement propre, bien situé. Terrasse de l'appartement situé au nord donc pas en plein soleil. Plages accessible à pied ainsi que le port. Quelques commerces à 2 min à pied. Que du positif pour ce séjour. Je ne vais pas mettre de point négatif mais à améliorer. Nous étions 4 (2 adultes 2 enfants),il faisait très chaud donc avoir un deuxième ventilateur serait mieux pour qu'il y en ai dans la chambre et dans le salon pour les enfants qui dorment sur le clic clac. De plus, qu'un parasol même si la terrasse est au nord serait appréciable (en milieu de semaine, une petite averse est tombée lorsque nous mangeons le midi nous avons dû rentrer et attendre que ça passe). Après pour ces points à améliorer, c'était notre avis personnel. Nous avons été bien accueillie par Mme LAGRANGE. A recommander sans hésiter

Wir waren 14 Tage vor Ort. Die Wohnung ist für zwei Personen ideal zum Sandstrand sind es 10 Minuten und zum Zentrum 20 Minuten Fußweg. Alles kein Problem. Wir kommen gerne wieder. LG

Great value proposition

Nice and clean apartment with a very useful terrace and electrical grill. Lovely owners, they are also the neighbors. The only thing that I didn’t take into consideration was that apartment comes without bedsheets and towels. Don’t forget it.

Appartement très bien située, tout se fait à pied. Place de parking, très appréciable en cette periode estivale. Tout le confort pour une semaine de vacances. Seul petit bémol, la douche avec une vitre un peu courte donc on arrose un peu toute la salle de bain, un rideau de douche serait appréciable.

Kleine Ferienwohnung in Cap d'Agde

Kleine Ferienwohnung mit großer Terrasse. Für uns (2 Erwachsene) vollkommen ausreichend. Für eine Familie nur eingeschränkt zu empfehlen. Die Ausstattung ist vollständig und durchdacht. Gibt sogar einen Gasgrill auf der Terrasse, den wir ausgiebig genutzt haben. In direkter Laufnähe gibt es einen kleinen "Spar" und eine Bäckerei um den täglichen Bedarf zu decken. Für größere Einkäufe sind die großen Geschäfte in Agde besser bezüglich der Preise und der Auswahl. Es gibt eine Bushaltestelle direkt vor der Anlage, zum Einkaufen ist allerdings ein Auto empfehlenswert. Der Sandstrand ist zu Fuß in ein paar Minuten bequem zu erreichen. Zu Fuß am Strand entlang sind es ca. 20 Minuten zum Hafen. Die Wohnung ist sehr zu empfehlen, werden bestimmt nicht das letzte Mal da gewesen sein.

Notre séjour à Agde s’est bien passé mais néanmoins il y a eu quelques points négatifs.Par exemple le nettoyage du sol à notre arrivée avec une eau très très sale et des poils de chien présents partout pour un appartement qui soit disant était sans animaux et un protège matelas qui ne tient pas dans le lit car les dimensions sont trop petites par rapport au lit.A ceci s’ajoute une cuvette des toilettes qui vous tombe sans arrêt dessus quand vous êtes assis.
