C'est la 4éme fois que je séjourne ici. Bon accueil, l'hotel est bien situé et parking fermé, ombragé. Intérieur simple et propre. Lit confortable et ch climatisée. Je reviendrai sans hésiter.

On s'y sent comme chez soit! L'hôte est accueillant et sympa. La salle de déjeuner est figée un peu dans le temps et perso j'aime beaucoup... C'est un petit hôtel de quartier au calme idéalement situé face au port, carde chaleureux.

Ne pas se fier à la première impression hôtel à l'aspect un peu défraichi en bord de route. passé le portail du parking privatif, c'est un petit havre de paix avec des chambres aux entrées particulières, très propres et confortables. Nous y étions hors saison, il y avait peu de monde et nous avons pu profiter du calme et de la tranquilité des lieux.

Charming

Location is both beautiful (on the bank of the Herault) and convenient (10 minutes walk from Agde rail station). The rooms in the two outbuildings have their own terraces and are of a good size. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Only reservations are that the Wi-Fi is rather erratic and it would be nice to be able to get breakfast before 8 o'clock.

Manque de prestations

Avant de commander mon séjour chez Hotels.com, j'ai appelé l'hôtel en direct qui n'a pas voulu prendre ma réservation (incompréhensible!!!). J'ai été sur, ce que je pensais être le site de l'hôtel pour voir comment étaient les prestations. Sur ce site, était indiqué que toutes les chambres étaient équipées de climatisation, de coffre fort et douche balnéo/ou baignoire. Je n'ai rien eu de tout ça (pour un prix de 85€ la nuit). Je pense qu'à ce prix et surtout dans le sud, la climatisation devrait être présente automatiquement. J'ai été voir le patron de l'hôtel pour lui en parler, il m'a simplement dit que ce site était fermé depuis 3 ans malgré que c'est le premier lien que j'ai trouvé quand j'ai fais ma recherche sur mon téléphone portable, donc fermé? Mal fermé alors!!! Il ne m'a proposé aucun geste commercial, ce que je trouve très regrettable. Il faut attendre 5mn avant d'avoir de l'eau chaude, le ménage laissait un peu à désirer et la douche n'était pas géniale car il fallait soulever la porte de douche pour l'ouvrir et une fois fermée, elle ne plaquait pas contre la paroi. J'aurais espéré un petit dédommagement pour la gêne occasionnée. Dommage pour la suite de mes réservations, la prochaine fois j'irais dans un autre hôtel!!!!!!
