We booked three nights in Hotel de France. When we got settled in the room, we discovered that the internet did not work, which we needed. The hotel was unable to fix it, so told us to move to another hotel in another building. The room was on the second floor, with NO elevator. That night there was so much commotion from other people that we could not sleep and decided the building was populated by prostitutes and drug dealers. The next morning, we demanded a refund for two nights, which the manager agreed, and moved to another hotel. After more than one week, I am still waiting for the refund. PLEASE HELP ME TO RECOVER MY MONEY.

Bonjour. Avant tout merci pour les 2 personnes qui nous on accueilli . Le Monsieur le soir. La dame au petit dejeuner. Par contre, très déçue car pas de parking privé or, il y avait un grand garage privé ??? on a dû défaire les vélos de la voiture et tourner plus 1/4 pour trouver une place. De plus , la chambre avait une odeur très désagréable surtout la salle de bain. Petit dejeuner pour le prix reste très moyen. Pour le prix de 182€ , j'espèrais beaucoup mieux . Je demande donc un geste commercial car cette prestation etait beaucoup trop chère. Merci. Cordialement.

Chambre très propre. Nous avons été surclassés. Beaucoup de bruit d'une chambre proche, de 3 heures du matin a 8 heures !

Je pensais que le site internet Hotels.com vérifiait les hôtels proposés. J'ai choisi cet hôtel car classé en 2*. Je pense sincèrement que cela doit faire un certain et long temps que la commission d'attribution des étoiles n'est pas allée voir cet établissement. tout simplement horrible. la réception est délocalisée dans un 2nd établissement ainsi que le petit déjeuner: je ne comprend pas. les chambres tout simplement désuette et surtout sale et je ne parle même pas de la SdB. De la moisissure partout sur les murs, le ménage non fait (poils pubiens présent au sol et papier toilette de partout au sol). J'avais réservé 2 nuits y cpis pdj: j'y suis resté qu'une seule nuit et j'ai du prendre une chambre ailleurs (hôtel ibis Parc actipolis). franchement, je vous conseille de leur demander des photos RECENTES à vos prestataires.

Fatigués...

Si vous êtes insomniaque je vous conseille cet hôtel! Vous n allez pas vous ennuyer entre les chasses d eau des sanibroyeurs ,les portes qui claquent et les escaliers méga bruyants. Bref on a peu dormi... seul point positif l accueil et le centre ville proche.

A few minutes walk to train station through glorious gardens, round corner from local and airport buses, in the heart of town, this budget priced comfy twin room with fan had ensuite and clean towels daily and helpful and friendly management. Aircon is extra.

Juste correct, rien de plus

Chambre correcte, qui mériterait d'être rafraîchie tout de même. Bien situé mais environnement nocturne très bruyant. Aucune isolation de la chambre. Très difficile de fermer l’œil de 1h à 4h du matin à cause des gens alcoolisés dans la rue. Personnel très sympathique et aimable.

Bonne adresse

L' établissement en plein centre ville dispose d 'un garage sous terrain. Très bien situé. L' accueil est parfait. Les chambres, de bonne dimension sont très propres, bien équipées. Clim, wifi. Excellent rapport qualité-prix. Personnel très serviable.

Hotel correct avec excellent rapport qualité/prix

Très bon accueil. Dans la chambre, tout était correct voire bien sauf: _le battant des WC qui était désaxé et instable _une exposition coté rue bruyante (pub bar á proximité) Bonne literie. Sdb grande mais éclairage insuffisant. Petit déjeuner non testé car départ a 6h.

Hotel Concord Not the one we booked

Upon arrival we were directed to the hotel Concord around the corner. We we checked in and asked to stay there instead. Room was OK but looked tired, decor whilst in part new was cheap. However this was kind of expected and we were staying on a budget. Overall it was OK for the price.

Good value for money. Central good for shops restautants etc and all main sights an easy walk. Check in after 9 is round corner in sister hotel. Room bit in need of a refurb and wc sited in a rather inaccessible corner in our room. But buffet breakfast nice and good value at 7 euro.

The room is modest, the has a lift,which is a good plus as we had to feel our way through the unlit passageway to our rooms. We did complain about the lights.,it was a good location lclose to the square,and we found it quiet Although the room had a hairdryer, we would have liked tea coffee facilities in our room has the small foyer is locked, Which meant we used the cafe bars on the square

Served with love.

Very near the bus station; and very central, although the immediate area is clearly in need of regeneration. A lovely welcoming old-fashioned place which has made us wonder also about the rest of the group, which seem very different to the anonymous multiple chains.

Hôtel de France, Bézier

Hotellet ligger på en tvärgata till det vackra centrala torget där du hittar allt ifrån restauranger till bankomat, övervakat parkeringshus och livsmedelsbutik. Det var lätt att hitta dit och det är en kort bilfärd från flygplatsen. Rummet var fräscht och rent och personalen supertrevliga.
