Loved the quiet and privacy. Monika and staff were wonderful to us. Enjoyed a simple evening meal one night and she arranged another in town the next night.
Loved staying at the Chateau, so lovely. The grounds are beautiful, rooms cozy. Great staff. 10 minutes from the center with tons of restaurants and fabulous shopping.
I highly recommend this place.
Exceptional dinner experience eating outdoors in the courtyard the night of our stay. Great food, good wine, loved the atmosphere. One of my best memories of France
Our stay was with a group of friends for a very special occasion and we occupied all of the rooms. Monika and Piotre made us feel very welcome and both went above and beyond to ensure we were all comfortable and well looked after. The stay was magical.
This was a magical stay. I could not recommend this place more. The lady of the chateau Christine was amazing. Recommended what should be a Michelin star restaurant for dinner called the The Drunken Camel. Amazing meal. The chateau makes you feel like a scene out of Downton Abbey. We spent 3 weeks in Italy, Hungry, France and Spain and this was a highlight of our stay.
A wonderful stay at Château de Raissac. The personal service was amazing, it was like visiting friends. Christine couldn’t do enough to make sure our stay was as perfect as possible. An amazing chateau with so much history and lovely hosts. Comfortable, clean and very spacious big rooms. You go inside and you feel that the whole world is somewhere far away, a fantastic feeling. The location is an ideal to explore the local area. We will definitely come back and highly recommend!
The Chateau is beautiful; our room was huge and sumptuously decorated in mid-nineteenth century style, but with modern comforts: air conditioning and a well-appointed bathroom. Very good coffee was available in the dining room each morning, but a coffee-maker in the room would be an added convenience.
The pool and park are gorgeous and obviously eco- conscious, and pollinator friendly, an excellent thing, but there were, consequently, lots of bees, especially around the pool and courtyard, and I did get a nasty sting. I’ve no solution to this, as we do need the bees….
The food and wine were both very good, and the service was superb.
Et fin chateau udenfor Beziers. Lidt af et museum - så mange ting. Et helt særligt sted. Fint pool område. Fantastisk værtinde på stedet. Meget dedikeret og service minded. Morgenmad lidt kedelig.
This place is unlike anything you have ever visited. Colorfull, full if art bohemian but totalt wonderful. A personal and charming little castle with the best service. Rooms where so great and the owners did anything to help in all ways. The dinner served in the garden was great and the wines outstanding!
I will for sure be back!
