"Helpful staff, well organised. Bed was comfortable and convenient. If you're looking for a bed for the night or two, it's an ideal stop off. Not a place to stay in the room, as rooms are small and condition of property is a bit worn, but for our trip, it was ideal and for the price paid, expected."

"Pros: coffee/ tea and fruit, welcome drink were a nice touch Cons: hospitality of the staff was lacking, digital check in system didnt work and the front desk/ employee didn't help. 3rd floor dorms and pods had poor noise reduction, ground vibrated with every footstep, sliding doors felt like things were being slammed, noise carried everywhere and people didn't respect quiet hours, loudly running and chatting through the halls at 4am. Reached out to hotel per their sign to help address it but they ignored the calls and messages"

"Great location, rooms are ok, nothing too fancy. I found the beds uncomfortable but that's personal taste. The staff was great and the breakfast was fresh everyday. The hotel is self-service from check-in to check-out, which wasn't an issue at all. You can hear everything as the hotel is smaller."
