"It's a shame that there are some downsides to the cottage, otherwise it would be the ideal place to stay. It has a reasonable kitchen, a lounge area big enough for two, a nice bathroom and shower, convenient parking right outside for one car and a very effective towel rail, although to make it work, the entire heating system had to be on, and with no thermostat in the bedroom (during my stay), it soon became far too hot. "A one night stay to allow my son and I to stay over after climbing Snowdon. Perfectly located, a premium was paid because of this. A simple twin bedded room in the coach house, ideal for our needs. A bath was appreciated, bubble bath would have been a nice touch. Excellent staff, very helpful and polite. This was consistent throughout the hotel, especially the young man serving in the bar in the evening and also a waitress at breakfast in the morning. The breakfast was self service and substantial. Highly recommended. An all round excellent stay, £166, breakfast included and free parking."
