"We were unable to lower the temp so it was far too hot for us when we couldn't get it cooler after being so over heated all day. We are Canadians so we are not accustomed to the heat and the strength of the sun here in this heat wave. The lady at the dest was wonderful and the restaurant was amazing. "This is a small but cozy hotel to the west of the city center. The room was spacious and comfortable with a small bath. The lobby was cozy and the buffet breakfast was good with a number of options. It is close to several tram and bus routes which made it easy to get around. I appreciated being around some greenery in this area of the city. They do not have 24-hour staffing at the front desk so a code is needed to open the door after hours."

Its location was perfect for us, close to the center and to public transportation."

"You can book, check in, and check out without ever speaking to another person… if that’s what you like, it’s great! We certainly missed the human contact. Otherwise, it’s a good place to stay. The fire alarm was triggered while we were here (no big deal, just an alarm), which isn’t a problem except the stairwell door wouldn’t open to the lobby without a key card even while the alarm was going off, which is pretty concerning considering a lot of folks didn’t have their keycard in their pyjamas at 22:00."
