"I had an absolutely terrible stay. Check-in took 20 minutes. Then, I got to my room and found the place filthy; dirt in the shower, stained garbage cans, and dirty counters. The water in the room comes out brown for the first few seconds, and the shower, sink, and AC all broke during the duration of my stay. Genuinely the worst hotel stay of my life."

"Our group rented four rooms, there were issues right away with two of them, the toilet had no water in one of them, so it wouldn't work. The AC did not work in a second, so two of our group had to move to different rooms. There were some large paint chips lying on the floor by the window in a third room, as if there had been a water leak and paint scaled off of the ceiling. The compressor on the AC unit in that room also was exceptionally loud. A towel bar would have been nice by the bathroom sink. The continental breakfast was surprising in the small amount of choices that were available, pancakes, toast, and cereal. The beds were comfortable, the location was central to the places we needed to visit while in the Quad Cities, and easy to find, which is why this location was selected for our stay. Overall, if it was just myself, I possibly would stay again, but would check the plumbing and AC/heat units as soon as I checked in. I don't believe I would book rooms for others though. It wasn't a totally BAD experience but it wasn't a great one either. The stay will be most memorable for the things that were not 'good' in the rooms."
