"Power went out twice in my room. It was odd because when I went down to the front desk I hear tvs on in other rooms. "

"Family of four, girls are 9 and 14. We go to different great wolf lodges. This one wasnt bad, two attractions were closed temporarily due to kids puking. Be present with your kids, go on the water slides, tube the lazy river, get smoked by big waves in the wave pool. Sad seeing all the parents on their phone then we are dealing with the kids behavior with no parent around. No hot tub here unfortunately. Best GWL hot tub is in Traverse City, MI. HUGE adult hot tub and even a decent size family one. Smaller park in TC overall but dig the tubs after freezing in the park."

"The place is excellent. The staff is friendly. Yes I felt safe parking my car. This was our second visit. We enjoyed ourselves this time as much as we did the first time and breakfast was very well done we enjoyed it"

"This place was having a bad day. The fire alarm kept randomly going off in the middle of the night. When we woke up in the morning there was water flowing from the ceiling and water down the hallways on at least two levels. There were holes smashed in the walls. There were people with vacuums and hoses everywhere. It was a complete disaster. "

"There was a lot of variety at the free breakfast, the bed was very comfortable and the town of Grayslake was a wonderful surprise. Make sure you stop by The Vine - Martini and Wine Bar restaurant!"
