"I have stayed at this facility several time because of the location. The room was not clean consist of human hair in the tub, and sink. The towels had a smell. There were roaches in the room. I notified the front desk and was nonchalantly was told they will let housekeeping know. I will not stay at facility again."

"This Hotel is awful . Very dated , our room had ceiling water damage , electrical outlets did not work , there were no lightbulbs in the lamps , fire alarm was ripped off the ceiling , bugs in the tub, dirt & grime build up on end tables & along floor. Saturday’s breakfast was hideous 2 biscuits had mold in & on them , the juices were soured , the other items that was out had not been restocked, so there was no other options to eat. Sunday wake up to NO ELECTRICITY in the room , hallway , lobby , breakfast area . We was there for Cheer competition. This is the WORSE LODGING THAT IVE EVER STAYED AT … Awful Awful NEVER HAVE I LEFT A HOTEL & FELT SO DISAPPOINTED IN A STAY AS I DID WITH THIS LOCATION."

"The hotel cancelled my rooms the morning of my travel, sharing there was an authorization error. As soon as I got the email I reached out to the hotel to solve the issue of why my rooms were cancelled the staff member explained they were booked and could not accommodate me and my party. Just after two minutes of her cancelling my room she then stated they had a member stay over so my room was taken already. So to make a long story short don’t stay at this hotel because if someone chooses to extended their stay you’ll be out a room if they’re book."
