This property was very clean with modern updates. The staff was kind and helpful, pool and hot tub were amazing. Highly recommend River View.

Quiet place, room very clean. Hall with a fireplace. large pool If anyone wants to relax with children. There is also a jacuzzi and a sauna with a maximum temperature of 200. Beautiful view of the mountains. Next time I'm in your city I'll stay with you :)

Nice stay near Sunday River resort at 5 min. Plenty of space for 6 people in the same suite. There are full sofa bed and one additional spring bed in the double twin room.

Great value! We were a few miles from the Sunday River lifts and it was an easy drive. The kitchen had everything we needed. We would stay there again for sure!

The kitchen area is very important to me due to food allergies. It’s easier to travel. The resort is slightly older but it is perfect location and amenities were great. Pool with a functioning hot tub!!

We like this place because its so close to Sunday River, the indoor pool & hot tub is nice and the kitchenette is super helpful. This was our 2nd time there so we knew what to expect and came prepared. We feel overall the place could use an update or a refresh. We also notice that the room had its own water tank but we found that the hot water disappeared very quickly. Disappointing but not a deal breaker for us. We didn't find that to be an issue last time. Dining in the area closes super early so plan on eating early or brining stuff to cook.

The staff at this property couldn’t have been nicer. Very clean and well equipped with everything you need. Comfortable stay for 4 people. Room description stated 6 people but 2 would end up sleeping on the pull out couch and that would have been tight. Room is great for 4. The pool/hot tub area was very bright and spotless. Great job, River View. Perfect place to stay for a ski trip.

Second time staying at this hotel. Very clean and plenty of room for my family. Having the separate bedrooms and kitchen/living room area is so key! Close to the mountain for skiing and the pool/hot tub were also very clean. We will definitely be back :)

This place was outstandingly amazing. An apartment-like resort. Bedroom is nice. Bed could be better, but that’s ok. Full kitchen is very convenient, had the pots, cooking utensils, plates, eating utensils, etc. we also had a nice table to eat breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Me and my partner had an Amazing stay at River View Resort. We would definitely come back here one day.

Our family was very happy with our stay here. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious and clean. The kitchen was fully stocked for us and there were plenty of towels. Nice pool and hot tub. Beautiful wraparound back deck with lovely views of the mountains. Convenient location close to many local attractions. We’ll be back!

Happy at River View Resort
We stayed at River View Resort during our Sunday River ski holiday in March 2023. Initially we felt the rooms had an 80's feel and were somewhat in need of upgrading but in reality, we found the spacious 2 bedroom unit was immaculate and extremely comfortable; beds were cozy so we slept soundly and the friendly staff was incredibly accommodating. It was wonderful having our own full kitchen with ample furnishings where we could relax with friends after a day of skiing followed by a stretch in the pool and hot tub. It was a real bonus being only minutes from the ski hill. I would highly recommend River View Resort as excellent value for money. We will return!

the ceiling in the bathroom was peeling off. the carpets need to be replace (nasty) we were on the 1st floor the noise on the 2nd floor was bad (3:00 am in the morning) the condo was clean other then the carpet

We had a great stay. Location was excellent, close to slopes. Great set up for a family. The service was friendly and helpful. The accommodations are simple but clean and serviceable. The hot tub and very warm indoor pool were great. The laundry facilities were an unexpected benefit, and we enjoyed the free foosball table. We thought it was a great value for the money spent.

Thanks for the input. We are spending a lot of time and money upgrading the exterior first, repaving, residing, etc. but at the same time are constantly updating unit by unit. What would you change first?
