"Overall nice clean place to stay!
Two easy things to do better is turn the AC on before customer arrival. We had a very hot day and night and it took a long time to cool the room down. Other is we had trash leftover from the previous guest which was probably just missed by housekeeping."

"The rooms were very spacious, clean, and well maintained. Close to plenty of hiking trails. We stayed one night before starting our hiking and camping weekend but decided to forego our ovenight camping plans and ended up booking another night at the hotel instead! The staff was wonderful, kind, and genuinely pleased to accommodate us. Would definitely stay again."

"I love this place. I have stayed there many times. It’s a very clean property, the rooms are newly renovated, the staff is always very nice and accommodating and I like the wide parking lot for truck and trailer."

"Been using VRBO since they first came on-line and this is our #1 Summer house that we have ever had the pleasure of staying at!!! The house manager had the most thorough Guest Guide we have ever seen! It was just what us out of towners needed for the house and the area.Everything was top notch and we just had a wonderful time. When in the Maine Ski Country, I Highly recommend a stay this outstanding house.Kevin"
Private location with spectacular river and mountain views!
10/10 Excellent
"Beautiful river view, quiet and peaceful. The house was very clean, comfortable. Views of the river from several rooms. Scott was attentive, making sure we had all we needed. Will definitely return."
"The room was clean (but a bit dated), and comfortable. Staff was welcoming and very friendly. It was perfect to stay w/ my mother and teen-aged son. It was nice to have a full kitchen, and conveniently supplied with the essentials. We would stay there again!"
"Jess was very responsive. There were some water pressure issues but overall a good house. There were many trails in the area that were good and a farm stand down the mountain that was fun walking too."
"The place is amazing. Your neighbor is close but if you’re lucky like we were you didn’t even know they were there. Very close to the lakes and only a 5 minute drive to Bethel to stores if needed. Everything was clean and labeled which was nice. Lots of extras. My only complaint and it’s minor is I was hot at night. The AC unit didn’t cool it off as much as I was hoping. Bring a little fan if you like it chilled at night. Outside of that it was perfect. Hot tub was amazing and clean. Fire pit area was clean with fire starters to help get your fire going. Bring your own wood. The outside lights set a nice ambiance. Would definitely recommend this place to others and already have! Also the host responded to all my questions very quickly!"
Cool off in the 1/2 mile frontage on the Sunday River! Spacious Bethel home.
8/10 Good
"Good stay with access to river- lots of items provided: kitchen supplies, sports equipment, floats, beach chairs, and sand toys. House is on a busy road with trucks going by all day and night. Beds were comfortable and Elizabeth was very responsive. Fire pit and deck really nice! Close to hiking, restaurants, and downtown Bethel."

"Incredible experience in Bethel! The homes were immaculate, well stocked, and views were so lovely. It was the perfect spot for our gathering of friends. As a host, Jeana was responsive to our needs and we had all the information we needed well ahead of time. 10/10 and would love to return someday!"
