"Really nice clean motel in quiet country setting"

"We just had a great stay! Wife and I and three boys (27,25, and 23) and two dogs. Check-in was simple and easy. Had a small issue or two with the hot tub but Sean responded very quickly by text and had his guy come out right away and take care of the issue. Kitchen, bathrooms, and bedrooms were in great shape. AC's in main area and master bedroom worked fine but lower bedrooms were a little warm with just floor fans for air circulation - granted i believe we had an unusually hot week for NW Maine - 90's and humid all week. River definitely not easy to access but didn't matter we were so busy doing other things! So much to do in the immediate area! We golfed twice at Sunday River GC - beautiful views and course was in great shape! Hiked Mount Will which was a tough three hour hike up and down but worth the effort! Tubed down the river one day very relaxing and can attach your cooler of adult beverages to your tube! Drove to Gorham NH to rent UTV's and hit the trails for three hours! And lastly hit Frenchman's Hole watering hole several times for exciting jumps from the rocks into the waterfall pool! Great property and made many family memories!"

"We loved our stay in Bethel Maine on the Sunday River! The house was comfortable and very well equipped (especially the kitchen!). Elizabeth was very responsive and helpful. The house has super nice back porch, an amazing (very large) back yard with access to the river where we swam and played much of every day. Our group was 11 people (8 adults and three children aged 9, 6, and 2) and we all had a ton of fun. Lots to do in the area (it was hot so swimming holes were our main destination), and we also enjoyed nearby mini golf, tubing on the Adroscoggin, and watching the stars at night. But the expanse of the Sunday River in our backyard was the big star of the trip. Everyone had fun playing in and exploring the shallow water behind the house. The only thing that makes the house less than perfect is that it's on a major road with considerable traffic noise which can be loud on the back porch, the yard, and even at the river (but not so much inside the house). Our brains learned to block the noise so it was not a big deal most of the time. Overall, we loved the house and especially the river and would not hesitate to return here another year."

"This house was great for our family of 7 adults, 2 Children & Dog, with plenty of extra space. Kitchen was very spacious, table sat all of us with ample room. They have a big fire pit & Hot Tub that we used every night & a large dock that we fished off. (Fishing was great)! Would def rent again!"

"We stayed for a long weekend for our anniversary.Adorable cabin with everything u need to have an unplugged quiet retreat in the woods. This was exactly what we were looking to do.Close to hiking trails and multiple water access points. The hot tub, firepit and corn hole areas got lots of use. Would definitely stay here again. "

"Took me back to visiting my grandparents home. It's just a minute or two walking distance to restaurants, and small stores. The room was comfortable, and clean. Breakfast and coffee was delicious. This is now our place to stay in Bethel."
