"This hotel is beautiful. There’s so many beautiful restaurants all around you. Their rooms are very small, but extremely clean. For the price this room definitely wasn’t worth it."

"Hidden amenity fee for terrible amenities. Amenities include bottled water and $15 per night. They say you can use the $15 for breakfast but if you stay for only 1 night you cannot use it the morning you check out. Every thing felt like a scam. Not to mention we had to ask for a new room because our first was dirty. Would never recommend this hotel to anyone. Staff was nice but useless."

"Tha main problems. I was on 4th floor and elevator didn’t Work. There is a man of front Desk very rude I ask for Uber and told my uber he needs to pay to park, Uber explained he came for me, , repeated again get out of here and wrote on pice of paper my uber plates. They were some people on the next room having a party at 3am , they wake up they had loud noises. Need to control , no parties to 1 am or be less loud. Rooms overall were good , clean and in good shape. I have to clean the air conditioner filter it was filthy so , o could work better. Only the externals need more paint and to be clean. It could be a treasure on the area for best value if the fox thosrvdetails they could increase the price to stay there."

"I felt bad wasting over 20 minutes of running water just to get lukewarm water for a quick shower. I called up the hotel housekeeping number to complain and was told to just wait for the warm water to come. Wasting a lot of water just for waiting for lukewarm water is a shame. I'm not sure if this problem is limited to my room (322) or is more widespread. I sent an email to Kyle Sprague to let him know of the issue. The aircondition is excellent and the room was clean.I would visit again."
