"This was by far my favorite hotel we’ve ever stayed in for kids. Water park is awesome, amenities are so convenient, beds are clean and soft. Only complaint is the thin walls, could hear our neighbors very loud class until 1am. Would absolutely stay here again."

"They failed to tell us before booking that the property is under renovation, and looks dumpy. Taped room numbers on cards on the doors, falling ceilings in thr hallway, one towel & washcloth in the bath, no ice because the ice machine was broken, broken a/c in the hallway, etc. Oh, and... we arrived a couple of hours AFTER the check-in time, and the front desk told us she didn't know if our room was clean because the cleaning staff was short staffed. Well, she was was right. The room looked clean, but it was very obviously NOT cleaned, just tidied up. T he sheets hadn't been changed. Also, the covers smelled like open ***! Luckily, we brought our own sheets! One good thing was the shower, which was updated with decent water pressure. The cleaning staff was nice, but they looked tired & overworked. "

"If Floyd is at the front desk…runaway. Cancel!!! We traveled with the 11u travel baseball team and stayed here for 3 nights. Saturday, our team and parents hung in lobby, ordered pizza and had a blast. Front desk was very helpful and of course behavior was on point. Sunday night…3 couples were in lobby chatting away with a couple drinks and in comes Floyd. He clapped his hands at us so loud like 5 times and told us to shut up and go to our rooms. So disrespectful. Words were exchanged, cops were called and everything was fine. Unfortunately, the manager at the time left without speaking to us. Oh well. Sad holiday inn employs people that do not respect their clients. Rest of staff was amazing. "

"We stayed here for just 2 days with kids and were very happy with the cleanliness of the place and accessibility to many grocery stores and highway to downtown Houston. No issues to report. Would definitely stay again if ever back near Houston! "

"The room was clean. Should put more toilet paper in the room along with full Klenex. The door locks were good too. The parking lot clean as well as the front desk. The doors were not automatic so it was difficult to push luggage cases inside and out. My sister and I saw a large roach approaching the elevator when we were getting out of it on our third day. I told the staff and she was horrified. There was a homeless woman hanging out on the property for two days, she was getting coffee and approached us one day but I am not sure what she wanted. There was construction of a water hydrant too at night by the city of Webster. "

"Parking and check in was easy. The beds were wonderful and we also enjoyed the pool. Daniel was very helpful!! When I needed to extend our stay, get supplies, or any of my many requests, he responded professionally and quickly. Housekeeping was also very accommodating. Thank you. "

"Great overnight stay! Clean and comfortable room. Area has many options for food and shopping. The staff was very friendly, especially the wait staff at the bar. I don’t remember her name, but she was very kind and great conversationalist."
