"Flawless experience from check in to check out. The underground parking was a welcome touch, as street parking in Pristina can be a challenge. The room was spacious and well appointed. We chose to eat at the hotel’s own restaurant for the sake of convenience, and we were pleasantly surprised with great service and great food at a very reasonable price. We were happy we decided to dine in. We would definitely recommend staying here if your travels take you to Pristina."

"Excellent location near main square. Tasty cooked breakfast. A second waiter on breakfast duty would have been good when it was busy. Lift is on half landings, so be prepared to carry suitcases up a few steps. Friendly staff arranged an early morning taxi to airport for me for €15 which was useful."

"Amazing hotel. Don’t think twice book here if coming to Pristina. The gym and spa area is professional modern and beautiful. Free on site parking. Perfect location.
