"Cleaning staff very friendly, hotel and room were modern and excellent. The location was good but could do with better signage from the street. A couple of minor complaints: - only two rubbish metal hangers - wardrobe hanging space too short to even hang up a shirt"

"Amazing hotel. Don’t think twice book here if coming to Pristina. The gym and spa area is professional modern and beautiful. Free on site parking. Perfect location. The rooms are beautiful, spacious and comfortable. Large bathrooms. Staff amazing and accommodating. Have late check out with no hassle. Amazing hotel and staff. The highlight of Pristina for sure. Would highly recommend and stay again."

"Pro: Very good location in the town center, super easy self check in through a lockbox which could accommodate my late arrival. You also get discounted rates at the parking lot opposite the hotel. Room itself looked like the photos. Good for the price. Con: Mattress was noticably sagging. Room faced extension air con units so there was a low hum 24-7. The small balcony was not usable for the same reason. Toilet had a smell of drains."

"Fantastic boutique hotel in a great location to explore. Very helpful staff who let us store our bags due to a late flight and booked us a Taxi to the airport. Excellent stay."

"Fabulous stay at Square by Margo. Lovely room with all the amenities. Centrally located and not noisy at all. The only thing I’d say is to be clear on marketing the property is there isn’t a lift and there are several steps up before getting into the entrance of the hotel. Breakfast was okay, limited selection, no fruit or cereal offered and is provided across the road in a restaurant so you have to be dressed, don’t expect to walk down in your casual clothes."
