Come and discover this house located in Besançon, in the heart of the city of Counters in the Butte district. This typical house was built in 1937 to house workers from the Counters factory. At its height, this subsidiary of the Compteurs de Montrouge employed around 1,200 people. It closed its doors definitively in 1985. The house has 3 large bedrooms, one of which
with a lounge area. It has a dining room with a sofa, a large table and an integrated kitchen. It is also equipped with a bathroom with window. The toilets are separate. You can enjoy a large patio at the back of the house and also a large terrace with parasol, garden furniture and deckchair in the shade of a magnificent cherry tree.

Merci pour la location de votre maison. Les petites attentions à l'arrivée, en cuisine (petits déjeuners) et dans chaque chambre (linge de toilette) nous ont fait apprécier les lieux. La maison est très bien équipée. Les chambres sont très confortables. Chauffage, literie, grandes pièces... nous étions très bien pour ce séjour de Noël. MERCI !
