  • Condo Costa del Sol - beach Guaratuba, located 40 meters from the beach. They have accommodations for 14 people, are 3 suites, 1 bedroom with private bathroom, balcony in front and the rear with sea views at the top. At the bottom, 1 suite, 3 car garage, swimming pool, covered barbecue area with barbecue, pizza oven, and wood burning stove, living room in 2 environments and toilet bathroom with super cold shower
     top 2 suites and one bedroom with individual bathroom, covered sea view balcony with 2 hammocks, hallway leading to back porch.
    NOTE On the same ground there is a little house in the back, separated by a wall and passage outside the house completely independent. and sometimes I stay with my wife and a son. It does not take away privacy and I give all necessary assistance to guests.

O local é perto da praia, como queria. O anfitrião, Sr. Francisco, é muito prestativo. Porém, o imóvel está precisando de uma boa reforma. Muitos locais com infiltração nas paredes. Banheiros sem box. O banheiro do lado externo ao fundo quando chove a água do quintal escorre para lá. Dentre outras coisas. Os chuveiros precisam serem verificados pois, os jatos de água vão um para cada lado. A churrasqueira é grande mas não tem suporte de apoio para grelha ou espeto. Muitas paredes precisando de reforma, buracos, trincas.fundo no isopor superior ficou sem água depois

Excelente opção, muuito bem localizado, quartos grandes e arejados. Casa é antiga e banheiros não tem box, isso foi o menos bacana. A piscina aparenta ser maior na foto, mas não deixa de ser boa. A proximidade com a praia é incrível.

Tranquilidade, praia e sol

Passei dias tranquilos com família e amigos. O imóvel se encontra conforme anúncio, casa boa e aconchegante, passei dias tranquilos. E praia é limpa com pouco movimento e não tem quiosque perto, dá pra fazer boas caminhadas. Boa segurança no condomínio. Para fazer compras o supermercado fica distante (9 km), então precisa se programar. Nosso anfitrião sr. Francisco foi muito atencioso, desde o fechamento do contrato já me contatou e esclareceu dúvidas. O fato de morar nos fundo não alterou em nada a nossa estadia, por ser casa com entrada independentes. Obrigada sr. Francisco, até a próxima.

Casa ampla, muita hospitalidade e a poucos metros da praia. Excelente!

A casa acomodou muito bem a mim e aos meus 13 acompanhantes. Vários quartos e banheiros, bastante espaço. Há um quarto com banheiro no andar térreo e por ser muito perto da praia é ótimo para quem tem restrição de mobilidade. A hospitalidade do proprietário foi um grande diferencial, pois ele se colocou à disposição o tempo inteiro, qualquer solicitação era prontamente atendida. Muito educado e atencioso e sem tirar nossa privacidade. A estadia superou nossas expectativas. Recomendo o local para quem deseja desfrutar de uma boa casa, perto da praia e em um lugar muito tranquilo sem barulho, sem muito movimento e em uma praia também sossegada e mais limpa do que muitas.

Ficamos na semana do ano novo na casa do Sr. Francisco, e foi maravilhoso. Fomos em família, a praia é excelente para crianças, não é tumultuado e super limpa. A casa é como nas fotos, muito espaçosa e muito perto da praia, só tiramos o carro para ir ao mercado. A piscina é ótima, o Sr. Francisco limpava dia sim, dia não. Mesmo que tenha a casa onde ele fica nos fundos, não tirou em nada nossa privacidade, e nem parecia que ficava ninguém lá, e isso foi muito bom, pq o Sr. Francisco estava a nossa disposição o tempo todo. Para o Sr. Francisco, só podemos agradecer! Excelente pessoa, muito educado, solícito, nos orientou sobre várias coisas, mercados próximos mais baratos, sobre como era a virada na praia, e sobre tudo sobre a casa. Logo quando chegamos, a TV teve algum problema e parou de funcionar, e o Francisco levou a da casa dele para não ficarmos sem, por conta das crianças. Só temos o que agradecer pela estadia, e com certeza indicamos e voltaremos muitas vezes!
